Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the US for orders over $100 or when you purchase a CHEESE PLATTER and/or DESSERT PLATES. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated by weight, dimensions and where it will be shipped to. Shipping company options are offered at checkout. The majority of the time, we are using fedex or USPS as they offer the best rates.
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders on the following will ship within 24 HOURS: backpacks, pencil cases, lunch boxes, pouches, charm bracelets, journals, bookmarks, greeting cards, gift bags, tea boxes, serving trays, espresso cups, mugs, travel mugs, plates, cutting boards, oven mits and ornaments.
T-shirts are custom made to order. Production time is in 7-10 weekdays and shipping is an additional 2-5 weekdays from Southern California.
The following items are custom made to order and require 7-10 days production time, plus 2-5 days to ship from the East Coast: cell phone cases, luggage, prints and posters.
Do you ship internationally?
I can ship anywhere Fedex International delivers. If you live outside the United States, please contact me with your exact mailing address, the products you’d like to order as well as quantities and I will quote you the shipping charges. Any custom duties, conversion rates, taxes or local delivery charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The website is showing an item to be sold out, when will you restock?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Arpi Krikorian gift cards. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using an Arpi Krikorian issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD, including gift cards.
Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
The billing address you are using may not match the billing address tied to your card. Please be sure to check that the billing address is correct and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter.
Where can I use my gift card?

At this time, gift cards can only be redeemed online at www.arpikrikorian.com. To redeem online, enter the code found on the back of the card in the box labeled “Gift Card,” which can be located by expanding the “Add Gift Card” box under your Order Summary on the right side, then click “Apply.” Only one gift card may be applied per order. If you have misplaced your gift card, please reach out to hello@arpikrikorian and our team will be happy to look into it for you.

What if I’m sending a gift?

You can specify a different address from your billing address when you check out. You are welcome to include a personal message in the box labeled “Order Notes” under your order summary for the items we stock only: All products are ok EXCEPT t-shirts, prints, posters ad luggage. We will handwrite your note on a beautiful Arpi Krikorian postcard and include it in your shipment.

We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Bulk pricing is only offered to non-profit organizations who will be using my products to fundraise for a worthy cause. A non-profit letter is required to process that request.

Is Sales Tax added to my order?

Sales tax will be applicable to all sales sent within the state of California.

Sales tax is based on the shipping destination.

What is your return policy?

Most of the products on my website are custom made as the orders come in which allows me to offer a wide variety of designs on a wide variety of products. Due to the custom nature of the production, I can only accept returns for manufacturer defects. If an item is defective, I will happily reproduce and reship the order at no cost or refund the cost of the order. I would simply need a photograph of the defective product to initiate this process. Send the photo of the defective product, the order ID and the requested action to hello@arpikrikorian.com. Otherwise, please consider the designs and measurements carefully prior to purchasing, especially for T-shirts. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact hello@arpikrikorian.com.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Order confirmations are sent immediately as soon as the payment is completed. Unfortunately, our e-mails sometimes get stuck in certain e-mail provider’s spam filters. Please add hello@arpikrikorian.com to your list of safe contacts and be sure to check your spam folder just in case. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please reach out to us at hello@arpikrikorian.com to confirm your order with us.

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can check your order status by emailing me at  hello@arpikrikorian.com

All orders are sent shipping notifications with tracking numbers as soon as the shipments are packed and shipping labels are created. You can start tracking your shipment the same evening you receive the notification.

Please note that the custom made orders ship from different locations and will arrive separately.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If an order is placed after 7:00 pm Pacific time, you may cancel or modify before 9:00 am the next morning by emailing me at hello@arpikrikorian.com.

If you place an order between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, please contact me as soon as possible the same day at hello@arpikrikorian.com. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we can accommodate changes or cancellations.

Help! My order hasn’t arrived.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
  2. Reach out to your local post office or FedEx facility.
  3. Contact our team at hello@arpikrikorian and include your order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
Please note, Arpi Krikorian is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Can you donate an item for our fundraiser?
Although I’d love to assist all the organizations who reach out to me, it’s unfortunately not feasible to fulfill all the requests. If you are an organization with a non-profit number, I can offer my products to you at wholesale cost for your event. If this is something you would consider, please contact me.
If you are using my product as a raffle price, I ask that it is not gift wrapped so that everyone at the event can see it, enjoy it and be motivated to buy more raffle tickets to win it!
Would it be ok for me to use one of your drawings on my event flyer, newsletter, Geo Filter, t-shirts or any other publication or merchandise?
I ask that you NOT use my artwork for any commercial means. All my work is copyright protected and cannot be used by anyone other than me without a prior contract or agreement.
Can I feature you and your artwork on my blog?

If you would like to share my art, please do so from my website, Facebook or Instagram page and add the proper credit. I would greatly appreciate that and be humbled by it.

Can I license your artwork?

I am currently seeking licensing opportunities with companies who share a mutual vision. If you manufacture a product you think my artwork will enhance, please contact me to discuss a possible licensing agreement.

Do you do Children’s book illustrations?
If you are a publisher or writer interested in hiring me to do your illustrations for a children’s book, PLEASE MESSAGE ME!
Even though I value and encourage everyone’s creative process, I unfortunately do not have the luxury to work on a project on spec (working without a fee with the understanding that there will be compensation after the product is released).

About Arpi

What made you decide to become an artist?
The feeling you get when a drawing or painting starts to paint itself, is addictive, to say the least. My cheeks get red, my heart starts to pound, yeah it sounds like love. So to answer your question, it was love.
What materials do you use?
I am a self proclaimed art materials junkie. I have an art store in my house but my go-to media of choice for illustrations is Copic and Prismacolor Brush Tip Markers. They are amazing! I then ink the lines with XS Pitt Pens or Prismacolor Verithins.
When I’m creating fine art, I use everything from oil paint, oil sticks, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, gelatos and mixed media collage; whatever that piece calls for.
How often do you draw?
Every day! They say it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill. I chip away at those 10,000 hours every day. I have many sketchbooks with different types of paper and I draw something in one of them daily.
What advice can you give someone just starting out?
80% is good enough! I heard this quote from one of my favorite authors Elizabeth Gilbert and it’s been life changing. What it means is just show up and get it done without waiting for perfection. Practice, practice, practice and bravely put yourself out there. Post your work, show your friends. They will become your number one supporters. That alone will be enough to grow your wings.

Donations

If your school or organization would like Arpi Krikorian poster art for your classrooms or meeting rooms, read this!

I donate posters throughout the year, to one organization/school per month. Donation requests are accepted only to schools and 501c3 non-profits located in the US. Please email your request to hello@arpikrikorian.com and you will be notified of availability and time frame. Sending a request does not guarantee a donation.

In your email, please include your school/organization’s name, shipping address, a little information about your school/organization (how many students, age range, your mission…), why you think one of my posters would be a good addition to your environment as well as 3 options of your top liked designs. I will do my best to fulfill your request with one of your three top choices. Once we fulfill your donation, we will send an email with your shipment tracking. Donations can take anywhere from 4-10 weeks to fulfill.

All donations will require an email confirming receipt from a representative of your school or organization along with a photo of where it is hung.
